ACCOMMODATION
The homestead has 7 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The “Bridal suite” has a king bed, walk-in dressing room, and a huge ensuite with circular spabath. The other 6 bedrooms each have both a queen and single bed. The beds are super comfortable with top quality linen and bedcovers. The homestead can comfortably accommodate 20 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils with a stainless steel island food preparation table. The house is spacious, and is decorated with stunning original artwork.
THE HOMESTEAD
The homestead is a spacious country style cottage on top of the hill, surrounded by landscaped gardens, the in-ground pool, decks and pegolas, all taking advantage of the panoramic views of the Hunter Valley. Guests have exclusive and private use of the entire 54 acre property. The homestead has a formal lounge with log fire, TV room, sunroom, dining room, pool room, and small library and toy room.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION
There are 7 double bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The Bridal Suite has a king bed, walk-in robe, and a huge en-suite with circular spa. The other 6 bedrooms have a queen and single bed. The homestead can accommodate up to 20 persons comfortably.
THE KITCHEN

THE DINING AREA
The dining area can seat up to 20 guests at 2 large tables that can be placed together. The dining room features original art work. The dining area opens into a comfortable sun-room area.
LINEN
All linen is provided, but we ask that your guests bring beach towels if planning to use the pool or hot-tub.
TV AND SOUND SYSTEM
There is a TV room with cable TV, with a wide selection of channels including sports and children’s programs. There is also a modern sound system with IPOD dock.
BBQ
A 6 burner stainless steel BBQ with full gas bottle is available for use of guests.
THE SWIMMING POOL
Nirvana Vista Estate has a gorgeous concrete in-ground swimming pool, beautifully landscaped with sandstone, with surrounding seating for guests to relax. The hot-tub can take up to 6 persons.
TARIFFS
The discounted rate of $240 per person for 3 nights is available for groups of 8 guests or more staying from Sunday to Thursday nights.
WEEKEND RATES
The weekend rate applies for Friday and Saturday nights, long weekend, and public holidays. The weekend rate is currently $110 total per person per night. There is usually a 13 person minimum for weekend bookings, which can be waived in some circumstances.
MID-WEEK RATES
Mid-week rates apply for all other nights. The mid-week rate is currently $90 per person per night. There is no minimum number requirement for mid-week bookings.
